1. No Return Policy

We maintain a strict no-return policy on all orders.

Once a product is delivered, it is not eligible for return under any circumstances, including:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference or dislike
  • Incorrect selection by the customer

2. Why We Do Not Accept Returns

To ensure every customer receives a fresh, unused, and hygienic product, we do not accept returns once items are delivered.

This allows us to maintain:

  • Product integrity
  • Hygiene standards
  • Fair usage practices

3. Exceptional Cases (Exchange Only)

While returns are not accepted, we understand rare situations may arise.

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective item
  • An incorrect product

You may request an exchange only (no return/refund), subject to our Exchange Policy.


4. Conditions for Exchange

  • Request must be raised within 12 hours of delivery
  • A complete unboxing video (without cuts) is mandatory
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

All requests are subject to verification and approval.


5. Important Note

Requests without proper proof (unboxing video) may not be considered.
