Refund policy

1. No Refund Policy

We follow a strict no-refund policy on all orders.

Once a purchase is completed, the amount paid is non-refundable under any circumstances, including:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect selection by the customer
  • Delay in delivery caused by external factors

2. Exceptions (If Applicable)

Refunds are not applicable, even in cases of:

  • Damaged or defective products
  • Incorrect product received

In such rare situations, we offer exchange only, subject to our Exchange Policy.


3. Exchange in Place of Refund

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective product
  • An incorrect order

You may request an exchange under the following conditions:

  • Request must be raised within 12 hours of delivery
  • A complete unboxing video (without cuts) is mandatory
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

All requests are subject to verification and approval.


4. Payment Security

All payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
Refunds are not processed as per our policy.


5. Policy Acceptance
